Va Bene!

Va Bene in Makati located at a Petron gas station in EDSA pasay road is so far the BEST pasta I have ever tasted! Interesting location for a best 2012 restaurant in Esquire. Usually, food at the gas stations are fast food not freshly handmade food.
Small space and  crowded .

I love their mushroom soup with truffle oil! superb!

Best Vegetarian - friendly Restaurant in Manila

We've been searching for vegan-friendly restaurants for years! My parents are both vegetarian,
strictly NO ONION NO GARLIC for them.
We found a Kong Tiak Vegetarian  restaurant / temple at Banawe , Quezon City.

Here's their best seller! The Fried Mushroom dipped with their special sauce. Just perfect!
If your not a vegetarian you'll still like their food. Some of the dishes tastes like meat! The meals cost from 120-500 pesos, cheap and yummy!

FYI, this is a strictly vegetarian restaurant. you cannot bring meat in here.

Here's the map for you to know.
27 Macopa Street corner Banawe, Quezon City
Contact Number: 559-5436, 740-4958
Open from: 9:00am - 3:00pm
                 5:00pm- 9:30pm
They also cater to birthdays, weddings and other events!

The best Chinese Food in Manila!
Summer Palace at EDSA Shangrila
One of their best dish and our all time favorite is the
Homemade Spinach Tofu with Fresh Mushrooms. MUST TRY!

Other favorite is the Taro Basket with assorted Vegetables and Macadamia nuts! There are also meat here like Lemon Chicken, other favorite!

This is the new dish that they have. They called this Vegetarian  Sandwich. Its a Siopao bun with crispy beancurd and some tomato cucumber. Love the sauce that comes with it take like Pecking Duck but vegan friendly.

Hong Kong's famous Eggettes!

My mom is a Cantonese and lives in Hong Kong when she was young, she said that when she was a child she loves eating those Eggettes and it was her favorite. Its soft inside but crispy in the outside!and its CHEAP! Anyway, I tried the Eggettes already in Hong Kong and I love it so much!so yummy!! That's why when I went to Bangkok and saw those Eggettes I immediately buy one! :)

There are lots of toppings to choose: chocolate chips, corn, almonds, raisins, blueberry syrup, strawberry syrup  and etc. We tried the almonds, it was so delicious that even I'm already full I ate it all.

Btw, I saw those Eggettes in Platinum Mall food court. But in Hong Kong you can see it everywhere! :) Best eaten when it's still hot so that it would still be crispy :)
